    Grandpa Herb, or Herb Jr was a huge fan of the New York Strip.   From the striploin comes a wonderful cut that is full of flavor.   These New York strips are perfectly portioned, a thick cut ensuring the ability of you the master chef to get a perfect crust without overcooking the steak.  There are four steaks per box so find some friends or family to share this delectable cut with! Wet aged 21+ days for improved flavor and tenderness.

    Great meat at a great value!
